About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned communications leader to join our MedTech division as a Director, MedTech CPA Strategy & CommTech. This highly visible role will be a key contributor in enhancing the creativity, connectivity, efficiency, and business impact of our MedTech CPA organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated, cross-audience global communications strategy and plan that supports MedTech business goals.
  • Oversee all matters related to communications strategy, CommTech tools, communications and change management, operational effectiveness within the MedTech CPA organization.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to drive business growth through strategic marketing and commercial communications.
  • Manage a comprehensive, cross-audience digital editorial calendar in Airtable and digitized playbooks and workflows for common activities.
  • Develop a research agenda aimed at listening and developing deep stakeholder knowledge and insights to inform communications strategy and planning.
  • Provide regular reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on insights to highlight the achievements and impact of the MedTech CPA team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA or Graduate Studies a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in Communications and/or Marketing.
  • 5 years of people/team leadership; experience hiring and managing external agency partners.
  • A seasoned communications leader with deep understanding of how to build reputation, drive growth, activate culture, and impact society through strategic communications.
  • Ability to influence and manage change at all levels of a highly matrixed, global organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence.
  • Strength in 'CommTech' (digital communications) technology; demonstrated experience working in Airtable, Microsoft Suite, and a wide range of social/digital communications channels and measurement tools.
