Responsible for executing the strategic sourcing and procurement activities for the Visual Merchandise (VM) functions, in support of and compliant with the Global Procurement sourcing strategies, policies, and objectives.

  • Collaborate with VM Production business stakeholders to investigate opportunities for synergies and rationalization of spend and suppliers.
  • Manage sourcing activities by preparing, issuing and evaluating bid and RFI/RFP requests. Negotiate and finalize price, quality and delivery. Develop optimization scenarios for awards.
  • Understand the functional business; helping identify opportunities for process improvement, cost containment / avoidance, revenue generation, capital investment.
  • Manage the forecast and delivery of savings targets in support of organizational commitments and goals
  • Negotiate regional and global agreements and manage vendor contract life cycle to prepare the organization for contract renegotiations, extensions or renewals.
  • With support of the corporate Legal team, develop and implement contracts with suppliers, inclusive of reviewing and redlining contracts and statements of work.
  • Support strategic projects, on regional and global scale.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement strategies and frameworks; in accordance with the brand’s global policies.
  • Ensure Procurement early involvement, usage of preferred vendors and guidance on procurement strategies and frameworks; in accordance with the brand’s global policies and procedures.
