Job Title: Vendor Management Analyst-Land Use & Compliance

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team filling the role of a Vendor Management Analyst supporting permitting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing contracts and establishing a national price structure for permit engineering services with various vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and engage potential vendors for permit engineering services.
  2. Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors to establish clear expectations, deliverables, and pricing structures.
  3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure efficient and timely permit processing.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to establish competitive national price structures for permit engineering services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  6. Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  7. Provide regular reporting and updates on vendor performance, contract compliance, and pricing structures to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive pricing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
