Position Overview

The Corporate Account Specialist is tasked with overseeing the daily operations and responsibilities associated with our Prime Vendor clientele within the Homecare Corporate Sales division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate quarterly Customer Business Reviews alongside the Corporate Account representative for the Prime Vendor Group.
  • Collaborate with field sales account managers and various Medline resources to meet customer requirements and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Engage with essential internal teams, including Medline Sales, Specialists, and Product Divisions on significant projects, product transitions, and implementations.
  • Conduct internal business assessments (IBR's) and coordinate internal support and resources to guarantee the successful rollout of Medline's product offerings and solutions.
  • Delegate Business Objective Activities to the account manager/sales representative assigned to the accounts within the group to promote MB Growth initiatives or other tasks as instructed by the Corporate Account representative.
  • Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved (e.g., Fill Rate / Price Accuracy).
  • Lead and assist in pivotal projects, product transitions, and implementations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis (or Prime Vendor analysis) and support, or a High School diploma with 4+ years of sales analysis and support experience.
  • Willingness to travel overnight at least 50% of the time for business purposes.
