Technical Support & Administrative Specialist (Kansas City)

The Technical Support & Administrative Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate content uploads across a variety of knowledge management portfolio products. This role is based in Kansas City, MO, and follows a hybrid work schedule.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and manage requests from internal and external clients, making necessary site and user changes, and transition requests to appropriate teams based on department protocols.
  • Assist in developing design documents for knowledge management products using logic-based software, including programs for automated documents and risk analysis assessments.
  • Create new client site instances within established time and quality standards as directed by management.
  • Ensure all client support issues and usage statistics are captured and elevate client functionality requests to management.
  • Create, maintain, and test automated templates and applications according to provided guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing content online and within content management systems.
  • Proficiency in site administrator functions for enterprise collaboration software applications and content management systems (e.g., Drupal, SharePoint, WordPress).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in website content administration or a related field. Experience with Neota Logic is a plus.
  • Ability to load documents into knowledge management systems.
  • Experience creating automated documents using technologies like Contract Express.
  • Skilled in developing questionnaires and templates using logic-based systems and workflow tools.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Foundational knowledge of databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
