This role is in Seattle but works frequently with EU teams, so 7AM start time 3-4 days a week is expected.


Day to Day:


  • Responsible for the coordination across multiple stakeholders and progress towards the launch of a few programs that are currently underway.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Is highly familiar with project management system Asana.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
  • May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive project management experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals - must be very organized and highly detailed oriented.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.



Basic Qualifications:


4-6 Years of experience


  • BA degree required
  • Asana Experience necessary 4-6 years
  • Business Writing
  • Cross functional project management necessary
  • foundational SQL and Tableau is nice to have
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Slack
  • Wiki Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sustainability experience is helpful but not required
  • Experience with high volume projects and a lot of moving pieces
