We're currently searching for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and provide great value to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project and program management, and should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity, build strong relationships with all members of the organizations we serve, and nurture program success from inception to completion to empower our clients to reach their digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage large programs from beginning to end within the allotted budget, time and scope, to support our clients' business goals.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with program sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Keep alignment between all programs, projects and the overall strategic goals of the organizations we serve.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other program managers and project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and business domains.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Truly own the success of the programs, by enabling others to do their best work.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Complete alignment with Dura Digital's company values.
  • Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, both internal to an organization and external.
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. MBA is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven track record of willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Management: Ability to direct and manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects
  • Leadership: Exceptional project leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem solving.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative team members, developers, supply change team members, customer service team members, and leadership team.
  • Adaptability: Able to navigate ambiguous situations, anticipate, identify and eliminate roadblocks, and know when to escalate to keep projects moving forward.
  • Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the financial sector, consulting, IT is a plus.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools, including Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) is considered an asset.
