Why are we hiring for this position?
Due to an internal promotion, we are on the search for a Project Manager that aspires to step into a more senior role responsible for making key decision around project budgeting, team building client facing duties.
What do we think makes us stand out?

Think big bonding capacity, but smaller team numbers meaning greater chance for continued growth and more frequent exposure to promotions, bonuses and recognition.
Extra info
The last person in this role was familiar with heavy civil GC practices from a ‘build’ perspective and had experience running jobs up to the $80M range for the likes of the MTA, DEP and PANYNJ.
