Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global HR operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize HR processes and systems through automation and digital solutions.
  • Lead HR data management and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.
  • Manage HR vendor relationships and performance.
  • Build and develop a high-performing HR operations team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 15+ years progressive HR operations or HR technology experience.
  • 5+ years designing and implementing HR technology solutions globally.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and change management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-growth technology or life sciences environments.
  • Expertise in HR digital solutions and automation.
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
