Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business
  • Review financial information
  • Shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed

  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations or other related fields
  • Warehouse Environment
  • Assist with inventory
  • Shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows
  • Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus
  • Follow and enforce all OSHA safety regulations.
  • Forklift, reach truck and pallet jack certified
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
