Responsibilities:
The Human Capital Management Systems and Special Projects Manager will:

  • Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems, including database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the HR team and employees.
  • Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of HR data security, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures set by HR, Information Technology, and government regulations.
  • Assist in running complex payroll processes and maintaining compliance requirements for the organization.
  • Provide technical and functional support for integrating HR systems with financial, information technology, and healthcare systems via API.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HCM/HRIS systems administration and project management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR data security practices and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with API integration between HR systems and other organizational systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
