Job Summary

The Prada Group seeks a skilled HRIS and Payroll Manager to lead all aspects of US and Canada HRIS and payroll operations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll regulations and the ability to manage the bi-weekly payroll process accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state U.S. and Canada employees, including processing, terminations, garnishments, leaves of absence, taxes, and W-2s.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll posting files and support the Finance department to reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Support external audits, including 401k audits, worker's compensation audits, and internal audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including benefits, human resources, and finance.
  • Advise employees on payroll matters and provide payroll information to new hires.
  • Prepare payroll calendars for US and Canada entities.
  • Monitor legal and procedural changes and update processes as necessary.
  • Review and update payroll processes and procedures as needed.
  • Perform other related functions and complete ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure accuracy of W-2s and T4s.
  • Back up to set up, maintain, and process new hires, rehires, transfers, and promotions daily.
  • Continues to automate processes, reducing manual data entry where possible.
  • Follows up with managers regarding new hire pay, transfers, and any questions related to changes submitted.
  • Conduct audits of HRIS periodically to ensure data integrity.
  • Ability to analyze workflow process gaps and suggest and implement improvements.
  • Assist in updating, exporting, and monitoring information in the sales commissions and clothing allowance systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required
  • Minimum 7 years related work experience and 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience with ADP, SAP/Success Factor systems preferred
  • Strong verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

The annual salary range for this position may vary from $120,000 - $135,000, and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
