We are currently seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our growing Indianapolis, IN team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving growth by generating leads and targeting potential clients for our light industrial staffing services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that expand our client base and help boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and market analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the light industrial sector.

Conduct outreach via phone calls, email campaigns, and daily in-person drops.

Setup and organize discovery meetings for the Sales Managers and Area Managers.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.

Track and report on sales activities, progress, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High energy, with flexibility to take on additional tasks or learn new skills as required.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
