Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Fire Protection Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on promoting and selling service agreements for essential fire safety systems, including Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression, Extinguishers, and E-Lights. The compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Position Details: Fire Protection Sales Specialist
  • Manage a territory based in Indiana.
  • Actively promote and sell Fire Protection test and inspection service agreements.
  • Focus on key sectors such as education, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, property management, retail, government, hospitality, and restaurants.
  • Engage with our existing customer base to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to client locations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements.
  • Collaborate with potential clients in a consultative manner, positioning yourself as a life safety expert.
  • Develop high-quality proposals and negotiate within established pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Create and maintain a territory plan that outlines target end-users, contractors, and opportunities for market growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to ensure organization and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.

Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle sales processes.
  • Innovative and consultative selling approach.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Determined mindset to surpass targets and maximize incentive opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in Fire Protection is advantageous but not mandatory.
