The Role:

The Business Development Coordinator role will play a key role in driving the company's growth initiatives, fostering client relationships, and supporting the strategic business development plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Business Development team.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing and public relations activities to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for client meetings and business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Track and report on business development activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize Salesforce dashboards and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Coordinator or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and public relations strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Technical Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Working experience using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and IIR a plus.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills required.
  • Self-starter, strong interpersonal communication skills with all levels of colleagues, comfortable working with executive management.
