You would be working with boiler system design chiller design cooling tower design domestic hot water design HVAC design/build and refrigeration system design. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you might handle:
Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Scoping:Develop commercial project plans including timelines milestones and resources required.Coordinate with clients architects engineers and contractors to define project scope and objectives.2. Client Communication:Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers such as facility managers property owners and building engineers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Provide regular updates on project progress milestones and any issues that may affect timelines or budget.3. Selling: Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact through installation ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.Collaborate closely with our Field Supervisor to ensure projects are scoped accurately and executed efficiently.4. Budget Management: and nbsp; and nbsp;Estimate project costs and prepare budgets. and nbsp; and nbsp;Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.5.
