Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and lead the discussion during presentations and project meetings.
- Lead the design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation, within various market segments.
- Lead clients and internal design team, including architects and engineers, through the planning and design for the mechanical systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation.
- Produce high-quality deliverables for clients at all stages of design.
- Serve as a primary contact with clients and consultants for mechanical engineering design on projects.
- Travel with team members for onsite collaboration, investigations, and project presentations.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. They will also have experience in design of healthcare, data center, senior care, higher education, commercial, central plants, and/or government projects, as well as PE registration and proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
