Role and Responsibilities for Position

As a Mechanical Engineer at AE Works, you will lead the design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation, within various market segments.

You will lead clients and internal design team, including architects and engineers, through the planning and design for the mechanical systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation.

You will produce high-quality deliverables for clients at all stages of design.

You will serve as a primary contact with clients and consultants for mechanical engineering design on projects.

You will travel with team members for onsite collaboration, investigations, and project presentations.

Technical Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Experience in design of healthcare, data center, senior care, higher education, commercial, central plants (including steam and chilled water systems) and/or government projects.

PE registration.

5+ years of industry experience.

Experience with Revit and Bluebeam.
