Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
  • Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program.
  • Hold an unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
  • Conduct comprehensive home assessments for referred patients, evaluating medical conditions, functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
  • Skilled in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
  • Hold a valid CPR Certification.

Occupational Therapist Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rates ranging from $70 to $90 per visit.
  • Opportunities for higher pay with pediatric cases.

Flexible Scheduling Options:
  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.
  • Therapists can select patient demographics (pediatrics or geriatrics), patient locations, and preferred hours.
