Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical condition, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • Develop and administer personalized treatment programs to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on appropriate therapy methods.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
  • Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
