What you will be doing?


•Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle.

•Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).

•Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

•Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).

•Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.

•Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

•Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:


•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

•Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•Experience with social media and professional networking sites (e.g., ) is a plus.
