Role Overview:


We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and make a significant impact in a growing company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help organize and execute HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
