The Vice President of Client Support will play a crucial role in leading and shaping the client support strategy at Greenway Health. This executive will be responsible for overseeing the client support teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving transformational improvements in the client experience. The ideal candidate would have a healthcare technology background, experience managing global teams, and an unwavering passion for improving the client experience. The VP of Client Support will work closely with cross-functional teams to align support initiatives with business objectives and continuously improve support processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive client support strategy aligned with company goals
  2. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on support metrics and initiatives.
  3. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize support processes
  4. Effectively manage resources within budgeted spend; oversee forecasting and fiscal planning for cost center
  5. Represent the voice of our clients with other stakeholders across the company to ensure their needs are represented and heard
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client support team
  7. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  8. Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and inquiries
  9. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; act as an escalation point for critical client issues
  11. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the client support experience
  12. Collaborate with product development and IT teams to address systemic issues and improve product functionality
  13. Partner with other functions across the company to ensure operational readiness in support of new products or services, regulatory or market changes, and other needs as they arise
  14. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  2. Ten (10)+ years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large client support teams including near shore and offshore resources
  4. Strong understanding of healthcare technology and the healthcare industry.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  1. While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
  2. This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their workday
  3. This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/or mobile devices.
  4. The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
  5. The work environment is an open room with other associates and noise from others will be part of the regular workday
