In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced tools like AppsFlyer, fraud detection systems, and affiliate management to forge strong connections between publishers and advertisers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business development and maintaining robust relationships with direct brands and international publishers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute mobile performance marketing strategies using tools such as AppsFlyer for tracking and analytics.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate programs, ensuring strong partnerships and effective campaign management.
  • Implement effective fraud detection mechanisms to safeguard the integrity of our campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with direct brands and international publishers, negotiating and securing profitable deals.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in mobile marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile performance marketing, with a focus on tools like AppsFlyer, fraud detection, and affiliate management.
  • Proven track record of working with direct brands and managing relationships with international publishers.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing ecosystems and digital advertising trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
