Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at DaurCom, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will involve managing and optimizing various performance marketing channels to achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for sales and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels such as search engines, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms to track and report on performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing and new marketing channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
