Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 5 years of experience and an MBA to join our Creative Studio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Creative Briefs: Develop and deliver comprehensive creative briefs to guide the creative team in producing high-quality marketing materials.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
-Inbound Marketing: Develop and manage inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through SEO, content marketing, and lead nurturing
- Lead Generation: Implement and optimize strategies for lead generation and nurturing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.

- Campaign Success: Achieve and exceed KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Brand Visibility: Increase brand awareness and market share through strategic marketing initiatives.
A Day in the Life:
- Morning: Analyze performance metrics, conduct team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, and strategize new marketing initiatives.
- Midday: Collaborate with creative teams to review content, develop creative briefs, meet with clients to present campaign updates and gather feedback.
- Afternoon: Execute marketing strategies, monitor live campaigns, and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Evening: Conduct market research, refine marketing strategies based on data insights, and update project management tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years in a marketing role, with a focus on B2B SaaS and agency experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to drive insights and strategic decisions.
- Creative Skills: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
- Leadership Skills: experience in leading and managing marketing teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and Intelligence: Demonstrated resilience in overcoming challenges and the ability to think smartly and strategically.
