The is currently recruiting to fill a Program and Policy Analyst - Advanced position. This position is based out of the DJC Southeast Regional Office at 2280 N. 105th Street, Wauwatosa, WI (Milwaukee County).
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the development, implementation and management of comprehensive region-wide service programs.
This includes the responsibility for program development and planning, implementation of programs according to procurement policies and procedures, collection of data to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness, management of multi-disciplinary programs and contract staff, forecasting latest trends related to effective programming, and researching effective program outcomes of treatment services to youth.
This position advises direction for program implementation by assessing social and economic needs of youth throughout the region so that they can accurately administer the financial activities of millions of dollars in programming.
This position also implements state policies and guidelines of State and Federal Laws, including DOC statutes and administrative rules, DJC policies and procedures, other state agency rules and regulations and established contractual corrective action plans.
Through collection, maintenance and evaluation of data, this position determines and evaluates contractual and programmatic performance outcomes and quality improvement plans to ensure the goals of the Department are met.
Salary Information
This position is in pay schedule and range 07-03 with a starting pay of $32.00/hour - $44.33/hour .Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire.A probationary period is required.

Job Details
This position offers an optional hybrid remote work schedule, allowing up to 3 days remote per week. Anticipated schedule will be Monday – Friday 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM. Some flexibility in start time may be available. This position is FLSA Exempt.
This position is not anticipated to travel on a routine basis, but most DOC positions occasionally travel for training, meetings, conferences, or similar events.
