In the role of a Financial Analyst you will be working in Pediatrics.

Purpose

Function as a key coordinator for multiple pediatric divisions administrative operations involving accounts payable and purchasing, administrative resources, and special projects. Foster consistency in financial administrative practices and adherence to MCW and CSG policies.

All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.

Primary Functions

  • Responsible for the coordination and implementation of administrative operations involving accounts payable and purchasing across multiple pediatric divisions spanning across 15 MCW departments.
  • Ensures correct functioning of MCW purchasing and accounts payables processing and/or business support services.
  • Communicates purchasing and accounts payable policies to pediatric division personnel.
  • Facilitates training and ensures compliance among staff responsible for purchasing and employee reimbursements.
  • Conducts financial analysis, analyzes P&L statements, and prepares accurate and timely reports.
  • Perform complex analysis, data manipulation, and report generation.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance compared to budget.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and provide financial interpretation, analysis and market-based information.
  • Oversee completion of special projects as assigned.

Preferred Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
