As Offer Data Manager, you play a critical role in the industrialization of our Field Services offers, ensuring availability, accuracy and accessibility of offer data to Customers, Countries and Plants, covering all the offer delivery modes and go-to market.

What will you do?

CR creation in PIM with attributes

Country authorization

Coordination with data architect

Coordination with pricing & Handover to deployment

Offer referential management, part of the offer launch process:
  • Define best product/service architecture
  • Work closely with offer managers to create offer data in PIM (Product Information Management) ORLM (Offer Referential Lifecycle Management), with their right description, and PM0 (financial) structure,
  • Manage commercial references lifecycle status to be ready for the offer launch
  • Support offer managers to design decision trees to be implemented in the configuration and quotation tool

Offer referential management part for allocated offer portfolio.

Offer optimization O2/LT program.

ORH campaign (GDP, CR allocation,)

Lifecycle management

Portfolio cleansing (R&K, Mat to be deleted, .)

Propagation to CPQ, ERP, BFS

Country request management for creation & authorization

PIM Evolution & process & execution owner

This position will collaborate with:
  • Global offer managers
  • Pricing managers
  • Services data officer & Product data officer
  • PIM support team
  • Country PIM champions

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor of Engineering or business/Or Equivalent experience
  • A Field Services experience is a plus. The knowledge of Schneider Electric Electrical Distribution offers products, systems and solutions is also a plus
  • Capable of taking personal accountability to adapt and lead others through organizational change.
  • Knowledge of data architecture and database design
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the Offer marketing deliverables for the SE Offer Creation Process (OCP)
  • Analytical, rigorous, customer centric
  • Robust knowledge of Marketing Mix, segmentation, targeting and positioning of offer
  • English mandatory as working language and other language is highly appreciated.
  • Remote position but must work United States Time Zones
