• Must be well organized with solid communication skills (oral and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Activities

As part of your missions, you are in charge of:

1. Apply the TotalEnergies Marketing USA Road Map

2. Analyze customer needs and offer solutions to enable customers to view TotalEnergies as a business partner.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and prospective customers. Achieve sales districts business growth and profitability objectives as set by Sales Director. Maintain accurate database of customer and new business activity using TotalEnergies CRM tools. Work closely with the Distributor Sales team to ensure support of customers on national programs. Work closely with all company departments to achieve budgeted growth objectives. E.g., Sales Support, and Marketing.
8. Report Weekly and Monthly the results to management as set by Manager

9. Represent the company on events, shows, and other Marketing activities

10.Secure field intelligence regarding price movement, competitive programs, industry environment, etc.

You will contribute to the development of the Lubricants activities taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the Group. Sales Professional, you will help to develop our brand recognition by selling products such as synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, transmission fluids. Marketing these products through direct accounts.

Being a challenger, you will develop new sales business as well as new customers and you are a real sales partner for your current key account customers. You have a positive attitude to face difficult situations and don't stay frustrated with a refusal. You are not afraid to travel and be in the field to knock on doors. You are a safe driver with a clean driving record. You can work remotely and live in the region with an actual business network.

Your territory will cover Northern California (such as San Fransisco, Oakland, Sacramento) as well as Northern Nevada (Reno).
