Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Support to Team: Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Record Keeping: Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
Handle confidential information with discretion. Other Duties: Perform any other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and organization.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Technical Skills: Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, and copiers).
Experience with office management software (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools) is a plus. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
