Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls and send emails to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize our CRM system effectively for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular checkins followups and professional customer service.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their staffing and recruiting requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure staffing requirements are met on time.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management including sales volume potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation

This is a commissiononly position. The successful candidate will receive a competitive commission structure based on achieved sales targets.
