We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers resolve their issues and inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email chat or inperson providing prompt accurate and professional responses.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system including details of inquiries complaints and actions taken.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to help improve our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales marketing and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
