What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and necessary information throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job roles both internally and externally.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packages, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Monitor background screening status and assist in expediting the process to facilitate the new hire's start date.
  • Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by offering feedback and suggestions based on observations and candidate experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.


Essential skills and knowledge

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Proficiency in using SuccessFactors for ATS and screening vendors such as HireRight, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
