ABOUT THE ROLE


The Enterprise Sales Director for Commercial markets is responsible for targeting largescale program accounts driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The director oversees the sales process from prospecting to closing deals ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES


· Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for large key accounts and new prospects to grow market share in our commercial business.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer base with the commercial segment. Work with internal teams to develop competitive bids to win new business opportunities.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers that maximizes ROC for TW Metals while also ensuring customer retention.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across our customer base and with key suppliers that support customer success with ontime delivery and high customer satisfaction.

· Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive intelligence to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Present to all levels of an organization on the value of doing business with TW Metals including product knowledge supply chain capabilities and market expertise.

· Responsible for managing contract performance adherence to inventory and ROI.

  • Coordinate as needed with branch leadership and operations to solve customer issues and close loop with customers to ensure long term retention of all business.

· Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences as needed.



Requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS


· Bachelors degree in engineering business or related field.

· Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a senior level role

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales strategies and manage complex sales cycles with large national or global accounts.

· Technical knowledge and understanding of specialty metals and alloys including their applications specifications and standards are preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

· Highly motivated selfdriven and resultsoriented.

· Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
