Do you revel at the thought of being a core member of the growth marketing team that looks to you for input on shaping the go-to-market success of data-informed customer solutions? If so, this might be the next step in your career.
Your impact as a Growth Marketing Strategist
You will develop omni-channel growth marketing strategies in collaboration with business leaders and marketing channel specialists to attract and retain customers within. You will design, build, launch and optimize always on marketing campaigns that will promote the brand, differentiate our solutions, generate leads, and, ultimately, produce sales and revenue in this growing segment of our business.
What will your day look like?
- Apply your experience in reviewing and fine-tuning marketing, customer acquisition, cultivating and retention strategies in the digital world.
- Collaborate with channel strategists and the Marketing Analytics team to optimize the performance of each marketing channel, including web, social, paid media, email, direct mail, video and others
- Ensure we produce user-centric designs to maintain clear, logical and concise information that invites an attractive ROI using results and reports developed by the Analytics team and interpretation of site traffic, email campaigns, activities, results, and usability to improve visitor experience
- Optimize marketing tactics based on metrics of testing, such as A/B and multi-variate tests, from hypothesis development thru test execution, results analysis and data-driven decision making
- Function as a project manager as you collaborate with 3rd party partners and internal teams, such as IT to create new website templates, launches / relaunches, business requirements, site mapping, navigation structure, imagery, copy direction, testing and tracking - all the good stuff that differentiates us from the competition
- Wear your editing hat as you ensure content is customer-centric, addresses the end-to-end customer journey, optimized for SEO, grammatically correct, compliant with appropriate laws and insurance regulations (e.g. GLBA, HIPAA, CAN-Spam) and consistent with certifications (e.g. Webtrust), and aligned with branding initiatives for our programs or clients
- Effectively communicate and collaborate vision and opinions with teams with varied strengths and communicate complex technical concepts in a easily digestible way
What attributes would help you be successful in this role?
- Ability to develop, execute and optimize a growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition and retention performance on an ongoing and iterative basis and includes:
