Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties
  • Under direct supervision, this role augments customer relationships and expedites revenue recognition by performing assigned tasks within one or more quote to cash (QTC) process domains to include a combination of pre-sales, product delivery and service delivery activities required to support an assigned geography, global account or customer segment.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.
  • Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Requirements
  • Skills are acquired through 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within the high-tech sales or service industry.
  • Halliburton experience in distribution or finance administration and familiarity of the sales administration and financial aspects of the business is favorable.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business preferred.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from Customer Operations Specialist, Senior to Customer Operations Specialist, Principal, or Customer Operations Specialist, Lead.
