- Lead generation via outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries across all markets and services.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Federal healthcare science & technology and academic markets; focusing on acquiring new clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services marketing/business development manager and the entire sales team to achieve companywide goals.
- Generate reporting for the weekly market leader meeting.
- Conduct market research for potential client markets/services and pursue opportunities with them.
- 25 years of experience in sales or business development preferably with Federal clients.
- Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Familiarity with the engineering and construction industry.
- Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo).
- Understanding of MEP engineering and construction services is a plus.
