The role: and nbsp;
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies to promote Venture Smarters brand products and services across various online platforms and channels. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the companys website social media email SEO SEM and display advertising campaigns. You will also measure and report on the performance and impact of the digital marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

What the job entails:
and nbsp;Develop and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns that align with the companys goals and objectives
and nbsp;Manage and optimize the companys website social media email SEO SEM and display advertising campaigns and ensure consistency and quality of the digital content and messaging
and nbsp;Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Insights or Mailchimp
and nbsp;Generate and present reports and dashboards on the digital marketing metrics and KPIs such as traffic conversions leads and revenue
and nbsp;Identify and evaluate new and emerging digital marketing trends technologies and best practices and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategies as appropriate
and nbsp;Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create and deliver engaging and compelling digital content such as blogs videos infographics and webinars
and nbsp;Coordinate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives with the product launches and sales goals
and nbsp;Manage and oversee the digital marketing budget and resources and allocate them efficiently and effectively

Job Requirements:
and nbsp;Bachelors degree in marketing communication or related field; masters degree or certification preferred
and nbsp;Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a tech or consulting industry
and nbsp;Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and platforms such as website social media email SEO SEM and display advertising
and nbsp;Proficient in digital marketing tools and software such as WordPress HubSpot Google Analytics Facebook Ads or Mailchimp
and nbsp;Excellent communication writing and editing skills with the ability to create and deliver engaging and persuasive digital content
and nbsp;Strong analytical datadriven and problemsolving skills with the ability to measure and report on the digital marketing performance and impact
and nbsp;Creative innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate and implement new and effective digital marketing ideas and solutions
and nbsp;Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic and collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines
