Job Title: Benefits Administrator

At Talentry, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the daily operations of our group health and retirement benefits programs. This includes coordinating and managing third-party administrators, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing vendor performance, and communicating plan information to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate benefit programs, including design, communication, administration, and compliance
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
  • Research and implement new benefit programs to meet the needs of our employees
  • Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee retirement plan participation and provide customer service support
  • Coordinate Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and manage benefit software
  • Perform reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HR/Benefits or related certification
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits or employee benefits administration
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and experience with HRIS/database and benefits software/modules
  • Strong communication, customer service, project management, and analytical skills
  • A thorough understanding of healthcare and retirement plan designs and relevant regulations
