Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, , Twitter, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage paid search, display, social media, video, and programmatic advertising campaigns.


Strategy Development:

  • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative tactics to improve campaign performance.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.


Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on spending, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.


SEO and SEM:

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEM campaigns to enhance visibility and conversion rates.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling ad
  • creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Customer Journey and Funnel Optimization:

  • Map out customer journeys and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Use data insights to enhance user experience and engagement across touchpoints.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, display, social media, and programmatic
  • campaigns.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
  • Facebook Business Manager, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
