Position Summary
Onapsis is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support North America as part of our Demand Generation and Field Marketing team. In this role, you will support and execute integrated marketing programs for North America, focused on growing awareness and engagement that translates into a predictable, quality pipeline. Responsibilities
- Build and execute regional programs, including virtual and in-person events, third-party conferences, custom regional programs, and joint partner activities.
- Support and manage marquee industry events for Onapsis, such as RSA Conference, SAPinsider, SAP Sapphire, Gartner Risk & Security Summit, Black Hat, and others
- Work collaboratively with regional sales and partner teams to ensure rigorous lead follow-up across your region.
- Assist in developing the marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives, and tactics for your region to achieve revenue goals and KPIs.
- Manage field marketing budget to support regional programs and influence pipeline
- Track and share data for the forecast, measurement, and analysis of the plan's impact and campaigns on pipeline.
- Regularly present to field sales teams on program metrics, marketing initiatives, and ROI.
- Coordinate speaking sessions and presentation logistics with internal teams, customers, and partners for in-person and virtual events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B field marketing role or comparable experience
- Experience in managing integrated campaigns, especially events and ABM programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft ad, email, social, and landing page copy that aligns with brand voice and guidelines
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and MAP (Pardot or similar) is preferred
- Experience and comfort managing webinar hosting platforms (on24 or similar)
- Positive, energetic personality with a growth mindset
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, stay organized, and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Some travel required – 20%
