The Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the drug product process development group located in a modern state-of-the-art facility called the Moderna Technology Center (MTC). This new renovated center of excellence houses a wide variety of disciplines, which includes process development, scale-up, and analytical development. The role reports to a Scientist and is a multidiscipline position that involves investigating lipid nanoparticle process development with established and novel analytical techniques. The individual in this role will be a highly skilled, talented, and motivated associate. He/she will participate in performing biochemical and biophysical characterization (HPLC, cIEF, light scattering, particle characterization, spectroscopy, calorimetry) of lipid nanoparticles Pertinent experience involves developing and performing analytical, molecular, biochemical, biophysical and/or cellular assays. Prior industry experience in formulation or analytical development is desired.
