How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a Chapter Engagement Supervisor who is responsible for leading the ongoing growth and engagement strategies for chapters in North America. This role will manage and lead a group of chapter engagement professionals responsible for creating an excellent experience for chapter volunteers and members. Strong focus on collaborating with our chapter leaders to help drive new opportunities for their new and existing members, contributing to region membership retention goals.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Lead and guide the chapter engagement team to implement engagement strategies that align with PMI: Next strategy and culture values.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with chapter leaders, enhancing collaboration and opportunities for new and existing members.
  • Oversee the implementation of PMI's organizational plans within the region, fostering transparency and communication.
  • Manage the chapter conflict resolution program, ensuring professionalism and adherence to procedures.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding member needs and advocating for PMI's offerings.
  • Contribute to the governance of separately incorporated chapters and volunteer engagement policies.
  • Support the adoption of PMI's customer-centric approach to positively influence the chapter network and its members.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years progressively responsible management experience in a community environment involving multiple markets and channels, including stakeholder engagement.
