As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will interact with customers, deliver outstanding service, and share your knowledge about our diverse selection of products. If you have a passion for beverages and enjoy assisting customers in making informed choices, this position is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and engage them in dialogue to understand their purchasing preferences.
  • Encourage additional purchases by suggesting complementary items.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inspire and motivate sales associates to prioritize exceptional customer service.
  • Inform customers about current promotions, exclusive products, and special offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Assist the management team with various tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Opportunities for educational-based pay increases are available, potentially raising your hourly rate to over $30.00.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Interest or knowledge in beverages is preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Alcohol Server Card (can be obtained post-offer).
