Job Summary
RF Systems Engineer sought by Eta Wireless Inc. (Waltham, MA).

Job Responsibilities

  • Multi disciplinary R&D for digital supply modulation focused on RF but including PMIC, DSP, and SW aspects.
  • Create, direct, execute, and document test plans for the cellular front end.
  • Interact directly with customers for integration, testing, and development.
  • Highly organized, create and maintain documentation and results.
  • Provide technical direction on the RF team, and mentor engineers.
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
-5 years electrical engineering experience in a professional setting.

  • Demonstrated experience with Cellular RF transmit components, specifically RF power amplifier.
  • Demonstrated experience with Envelope tracking system for RF PA.
  • Demonstrated experience with Digital pre distortion for RF PA.
  • Demonstrated experience working with RF front end systems from the leading chipset suppliers, such as Qualcomm, Intel.
  • Demonstrated experience with standard RF lab equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience with 5G Bands frequencies (designing, testing, validating).
*Experience may be gained concurrently. Demonstrated experience is deemed equivalent to at least 6 months of work experience.
