Effectively and proactively source candidates through various online and networking channels for the clinical functions - including RN's, Engineers, Health Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, etcConduct strategic meetings with hiring managers to identify key competencies and qualifications that drive success in filling positionsConduct detailed candidate interviews to ensure minimum competencies and qualification requirements are fulfilled for business needsManage on-going candidate relationship manager by providing value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisionsManage requisitions in accordance to the AHC's Talent Acquisition processThis includes maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to meet compliance requirementsSuccessfully manage the hiring manager's experience through the end-to-end recruitment life cycleFunction as a true business partner to all parties with a vest interested in recruitment activityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
