Responsibilities
  • Oversee incoming awards.
  • Monitor and evaluate awards.
  • Ensure company has proper insurance for agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for procurement process.
  • Lead invoice report preparations, budget narratives, and any programmatic reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative matters.
  • Review completed awards and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Knowledge in interpreting budgets and financial reports.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.?
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Hardworking, motivated, reliable.
