About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Manager to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for maintaining ongoing compliance and operationalization of sales contract compliance activities through the pre- and post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of contract compliance policies and procedures.
  • Analyze proposals, new and existing contracts, and new service orders to ensure compliance, insulation from business risks, and the operationalization of business practices and deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand the implication of contractual requirements and any contract modification or non-standard terms and conditions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government CO and Contracting COR.
  • Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance deadlines, deliverables, and issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Seven or more years of corporate contract compliance experience.
  • Ten or more years of telecommunications industry experience.
  • Experience leading GSA schedule audits and developing corrective action plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, contract management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory landscape.
  • Knowledge of GSA and DITCO procurement vehicles.
  • Familiarity with government contract types, applications, and acquisition procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:

  • APMP, PMP, ITIL, or LSS certification.
  • Federal Acquisition Certification.
