Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for consumer-facing products and services.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate the effectiveness of business unit compliance programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters, including regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
  • Facilitate compliance training for employees and management, ensuring a robust compliance culture within the Bank.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies, vendors, and compliance organizations to stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Bank products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as consumer compliance laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in banking, audit, or regulatory compliance, with 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Process improvement and project management experience, with lead roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Bank software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex compliance information to various stakeholders.
